This year Lou's Foundation recognized the bereaved mothers, domestic violence, and cancer warriors for rising above all obstacles to become a better version of themselves.
The Miami-Dade and Florida City community joined together in great spirit to enjoy the fashion show, red carpet interviews hosted by Flamboyant Talent, dinner, performances by Demo Dennard, Arianna Hudson & Rebbecca Butterfly Vaughns, awards, testimonies, and more.
The night was not only phenomenal but engaging thanks to the fantastic host Fiona Chavers & co-host Demo Dennard, guest speakers Rhonda Sheffield, Shawntrell Venisee & Dr. Mandy Frederic Johnson, and special guest City of Miami Gardens Councilwoman Shanna Ighodaro, Vice Mayor of Florida City Walter Thompson and
The Lou's Foundation founder, a bereaved mother herself, author, publisher, and pageant Queen honored Leatha Sherill-Bush, Heather Wilberg, Guliet Prince-Lewis, Paulemarie Charles, Devonne Water-Davis, and Dr. Shanda Roberts for all of the hard work and dedication they pour into the community.
We can't wait to see what Lou's Foundation has in its plan for 2023.
